Establishing Teaching and Learning Centre of Excellence for Accessible, Inclusive and Digitized Management Education in HEIs of India and Nepal to target SDG 4, 10 and 17

The idea behind AIDEdu with the integrated approach of inclusivity in the teaching learning, curriculum development with a concept of outcome based learning techniques using e-platforms is based on the thought of SDG goals of quality education and reducing inequality and provide equal opportunities for development. In today’s scenario with multiple universities and institutions in higher education in India and Nepal, major challenge Is to maintain a good quality in education which is supported by outcome based learning in an inclusive environment. The idea revolves around achieving SDG 4 Quality Education, SDG10 Reducing Inequality and SDG 17 Networking for partnership goals The development of Centre of Excellence in Teaching Learning, collaborative training in inclusive teaching learning approach and curriculum development and developing e-learning platform will provide opportunity to the universities to learn from the best practices in the universities and learn from achieving organizational goals through partnership with European educational institutions.

To increase the quality of tertiary education through a capacity building holistic approach of Higher Education Institutions (HEI) on Sustainable Development (SD) to facilitate the accomplishment of relevant accessible, inclusive, digitized quality management education on HEIs in India and Nepal, achieving partnership goals of HEIs to be more internationally recognized and competitive

SO1 : To collect information and develop basic integrated framework with global approach in quality, inclusive blended learning

SO2: To establish the strategy and Framework for achieving competency for e-learning in India and Nepal

SO3: To develop for competency to set up Center of excellence for teaching learning

SO4: To promote capacity building of the HEIs through teacher and staff training in the established COE

SO5 : To implement, assess and review the “Global approach of learning” strategy through reporting of SDG indicators

SO6: Develop patterns of international cooperation in implementing the modules and providing dissemination of outcomes and outputs

SO7: Develop evaluation criteria for professional competencies mastered by management educators and criteria for training programs quality assessment.

SO8: Develop effective coordination, legal support documents and regulations for network cooperation.

Work package WP1 – Preparation: Development of basic integrated Framework with “Global approach” on quality and inclusive blended teaching learning

  1. Establishment of 6 COE of teaching learning in India and Nepal
  2. Establishment of 6 digital platforms in each of the Indian and Nepal institutions
  3. Training of 2-5 key staff from each Indian and Nepali Institutions in European universities and in Indian/Nepali universities.
  4. Partnership agreements between the participating institutions.
